Sophia DeRobbio

Lead Design at Home Again Consignment

Born in Youngstown, Ohio and attended The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio; Sophia has worked in the hospitality and design industries since 2004, spending a lot of years in Key West and Big Pine Key, FL.

Though her degree and studies were in hospitality, God led her to the interior design and merchandising industry in 2010 when a sudden, crippling illness of her father created an immediate need for help at the struggling family business. She moved back to hometown in Ohio to reconnect with her family, aid her father until he was well again, and start a family of her own.

It is here where she discovered her true passion and gifts in interior design and staging and was able to better utilize her creativity and compassion, combined with her hospitality background to help ease the burden and stress for her clientele that often comes with liquidating families estates.

The interior design field allowed her to express her creativity, and feed her soul by inspiring creativity in others, and soon became the foundation of Home Again Consignments! Her passion, attention to detail, empathy and building relationships comprise the cornerstones of her company’s values, and facilitated the growth of her company, quickly resulting in Youngstown’s most popular showcase of fine furniture and antiques!

Home Again Consignments is now rated by Trip Advisor as one of the top ten best things to do in Youngstown, and one of THE BEST treasure troves in all of Northeast America!

She now resides in Youngstown, Ohio with her 4 beautiful children and in combination with running her consignment shop, she also does interior design and staging for homes and businesses in the area.
