What is consignment?
Consignment is where we sell your items for you and keep a percentage of the sale.
Can I just show up with items I want to consign?
No. We accept items by appointment ONLY.
Appointments are made by texting item pictures to 330.245.4126 and we will reply with an appointment time and date.
Do you pick up items?
Yes. We have a company that we recommend who will pick up items to bring to our shop for a special discounted rate that is determined by the driver, pro rated on mileage, and amount of items you are sending.

Do you purchase items?
No, we do consignment ONLY
What are your consignment rates?
There is no charge initially. We keep 60% and you keep 40% of each item sold.

What kind of items will be considered for consignment?
We specialize in furniture and home décor, but we also do well with upscale items, antiques and oddities from across the world
What items are not considered for consignment?
Home Again will not accept Hummel’s, figurines, electronics, dishes, framed art, kitchenware, snow globes, or clothing
What happens if the items don't sell in the 3 month term?
Most items do sell within the allotted time, however if they do not, the seller has one week past the expiration of contract to reclaim the items, otherwise they become our property with no penalty to the client.
Do you accept items from people that are moving out of state?
Absolutely! We will mail your commission check anywhere the client requests.
How does Home Again market and sell the items?
Home Again includes 3 months of FREE online marketing across various sites for each item, PLUS in store showcasing, staging, and merchandising of each item.
Do you offer layaway for consignment furniture?
Yes we do! 25% deposit and 3 months same as cash, no interest.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, check or credit card.
